Gallery Training 101 - September 10

Welcome to Season 74 at the newly renovated DAC! 

The intention of this training is to give you confidence and clarity as you participate as a Gallery Host.  We want the experience to be fun!  When at the gallery, you are the face of our organization. It is important we have a consistent professional voice. We are providing this mandatory training to facilitate a successful, pleasant experience for you, our juried artists, volunteers and most importantly, for our clients.  

The training includes:

• Rules and Expectations 
• How to Sign-up for Work Shifts 
• Sales Skills 101:  Simple processes to help our collectors have a pleasant experience
• Review of the Square Sales System
