Fun was had at the Desert Art Center as three social media influencers came to town to promote a new Wellness beverage from nutrition giant Herbalife.

HerbaLife contacted Desert Art Center to be a part of a filmed wellness-activity themed trip to the Coachella Valley. As well as taking a 3 hour art class, the three media savvy promoters took in some off-roading in Joshua Tree and some serious relaxing in some of the area’s best restaurants and spas.

We think it is great news that a corporation of HerbaLife’s stature should put an emphasis on the creative arts as the therapeutic, rejuvinative wellness activity it is.

The client requested that we incorporate the product logo – a graphic tree symbol – into the day’s painting, so the subject matter was an expressive ‘Tree of Life theme. As always, each person’s artwork was individual and unique, and challenging enough that the influencers even forgot to take selfies for most of the session!

As the film crew were not able to film the  gallery due to renovations, we faked a corner of the Studio Gallery to make it look like we were open.

A very fun day was had by all, and we look forward to posting a copy of the video when they send us a copy!
