Intake day schedule

Artwork requirements (summary)

• Follow the Gallery Display Rules (linked below). Rules may change between seasons.
• Bring fresh, current work. 2D artwork may only be exhibited once per season and must be completed within the last five years.
• Presentation matters: artwork must be clean, well-framed, and ready to hang with wire hangers.
• 3D and mixed media: additional restrictions may apply (including some glass/pastel and certain photography). Review the rules before intake.
• Jewelry display cases: arrange your own case display as needed—must be ready by Wednesday at 2:00 PM.

Before you arrive: checklist

• Sign up for required host shifts in advance (or at intake).
• Bring completed consignment forms for all work you will have in the gallery.
• Artwork flags: attach a completed flag to each 2D piece (bottom right corner, facing outward and readable from the front). For 3D work, attach on the bottom or as directed in the rules.
• Your paperwork must match your full inventory, including items in your bin.
